- Items can only be exchanged for a store credit if the merchandise is returned in its original condition and packaging. Returns must be received in original condition- unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Return items not in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer and the customer will incur the shipping fee. Items which smell of ladies perfume/deodorant or has makeup stains will automatically be returned to the customer so please take due care when trying on your order. Staff reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude that it is not in a new condition.
- Returns and exchanges are to be requested within 5 days of delivery date for orders. Any items sent to us after the stated period will not be accepted.
- La Moda Styliat is not responsible for the delivery of goods with Australia Post.
- We are not responsible for lost parcels that are sent to you or are returned to us. . Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore, we recommend you send the parcel via an insured, traceable delivery service.
- We do not compensate for any shipping costs in the event of refunds and exchanges.
- Every item is checked by La Moda Stylist prior to dispatch and if an item is faulty please contact us immediately .
- La Moda Stylist is not responsible for any incoming customs tax / duty tax / tax when entering your country. The customer is responsible for paying any associated costs involving customs tax / duty tax / tax in your country. You will pay this tax when entering your country or pick up zone.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels
- Warranty for manufacture faults is strictly 7 days
