Return Polices
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to allow you to exchange and you will receive a store credit note. Items must be returned within 5 business days of your delivery. You will need to cover the cost of the return postage. Store Credit Notes will only last for 12 months from the date of issue. The store credit note will be emailed to you once the item has been received and checked by La Moda Stylist.
Please be careful when you make your selection as in the case of change of mind purchases, you will need to cover the cost of both the postage of the item back to us as well as the postage of your new garment back to you.
We DO NOT credit the postage.
We DO NOT do refunds.
Please note: Sale items are final sales and are not returnable. We do not offer returns or exchanges on SALE items.

Returns must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all original garment tags attached. La Moda Stylist staff reserve the right to reject a return if we believe it is not in brand new condition. In the event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable.
Due to health reasons 'Change Of Mind' earrings, lipsticks, body jewellery and swimwear are unable to be returned.
Please send an email to [email protected] before sending an item back to La Moda Stylist. We will inform you of the necessary steps to return the item.
